Yeah funny you mention the seabreeze. At times, models looked like even BOS could go 13004kt or something like that. I guess I wouldn't be shocked. It's the kind of stuff where you scald your feet just walking on the hot sand. But I never got the beach thing anyway. I have a finite # of days on this earth and I'm not wasting too many of them laying on a towel on the beach for 90% of a day. But I'm the kind of person that always taking active or adventure vacations, etc...not the resort or vegas type. Or even hot guys in scantily clad bathing suits. I spent over 6 hours in the water bodysurfing, getting pounded by surf, flipping,playing frisbee. I have to say you do not know what you are missing. I felt 18 again, active was a mild adjective. When I do get dragged to the beach near here on Otsego Lake I have fun going out in my kayak while they lay on the sand. So other activities yeah I get that.... Logan11 Posted July 20, 2011 Share Posted July 20, 2011 I think they make kayaks specially suited for the ocean.... A few times I have been on Otsego Lake where it was rough. That is a decent sized lake...maybe 3 to 4 miles wide on average and 12-14 miles long so you can few foot waves breaking out there on windy days. Just a small taste of what it must be like on the ocean. That was a lot of fun riding over them.
