LOL thanks, my electricity was out for awhile this morning. I just got everything running and the AC on about an hour ago.

Did we break the record high min?

I had to do a double check, Bevens on 7 is going for a 106 high at NYC 108 at EWR and 102 at ISP. He's going to be on again in a minute-- check it out on 7.

BTW how did he get hurt lol.

Can't speak for Newark but it was brutal in NYC around 4AM still. The sauna feel never went away, and I anticipate it will be even worse tonight (last night we only got down to 84).

It should be a little better tonight. Winds are supposed to switch to a more northerly component.

For the 1st time today, my temp is slowly falling now. From 101, now down to 99.8.

Poor Zucker. He's on his way to the conference and when he returns, his plants will all be charcoal.

I don't think he'll be away for that long lol.

Sound breeze? Maybe the wind is becoming more NW now.

I'm not sure I'd call it a sound breeze, but with winds away from the immediate south shore tending west or northwest, this is one of those days where the south shore is hotter than the north shore. So far we've only made it to 96 here; which is still way too hot.
