It starts with thursday the 21st ...and 144 hrs out from thursday 12 Z is wednesday 12 Z...If that is not updated then neither was NCEP 12 Z GFS run which shows 144 hrs out as wednesday the 27th at 12 Z... Not to bust your bubble, but CAPE alone is tricky business when it comes to tropical cyclones. High CAPE due to high low-level temperatures and dewpoints would certainly be beneficial.
