Places in the immediate NYC metro got 40-50" combined and some spots 50 miles to the north and west barely got a foot combined from the 2 events notice how quickly the heavy snow just goes poof in the 1/27/11 storm.Thankfully the amounts were on the ground. Its interesting how the snow shield was moving in two opposite directions in the two loops. Neat to play them side by side because both basically jackpotted the same region lol.
