All the offshore buoys have switched from SSW to now westerly winds.

JFK and south shore will roast;

I'm frustrated where did these DAMN CLOUDS come from!

If it's not the sea breeze it's these damn clouds that weren't supposed to be here!

I hit 90 with ease before 11 and it's barely climbed since then because of these clouds!

This is like in the winter when the offshore buoys switch to a northerly wind and the rain snow line moves south :P

92/70, hard to get much warmer which such a high dew. HI of 98

Yeah, and these dumb clouds which are a result of the high dew points will cap us in the low 90s. This is the other reason I HATE high dew points.

Still haven't reached 90, 87.6F right now. Fcst high of 95 looks unreachable at this point.

Winds are NWLY but dew points in the low 70s, preventing much quick warming.

Meh these dew points are the barrier, otherwise this would be last year like heat.

94 at JFK at 2pm.

94 degrees here in Long Beach right now.

Wow, Im still at 92 but the temps are rising quickly when the sun is out (it's like 50% cloudy right now and that 50% just happens to be blocking the sun ugh!)

94.5 / 68

It sucks because if the DP was like 10 degrees lower we would have cleared 100 today with this strong WNW wind.

Why is it so humid with a WNW wind? Isn't that supposed to be a drying downsloping wind? Also, where did these damn clouds come from on a supposedly dry wind lol.
