It came in two waves, the first batch had heavy rains lasted maybe 10 mins, then the skies brightened up some and then about 15 mins later or so, the second wave came through that had the one rumble of thunder and one strike of lightning. 1.27 at IAD I think was the final amount recorded there Still below norm for the year by a little over an inch Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
