tom, lots of local stations on wunderground showing numerous 80 DP's, Wouldnt be surprised to see it verify officialy. PHL is "only" reporting 76, wonder is that has to do with the NJ Obs site and marine influence from the river?

i think its also the burbs have more green, in terms of trees and plants. Days like this the evapo rate is impressive.
