94.2 yesterday in NW Chester Co. Started out this morning at a sultry 75.1.

98 today would tie my all time record here since I started keeping records in 1986.

Yesterday was my 13th 90+ day this summer, and 4th in a row.

Awesome stats, nothing like having a private mesonet that is a regional obs thread  I am curious though, what is the make and model of your setup? any chance you could post a picture or two?

Parsley, I saw that today is day #29 of 90+ for you this year. How many did you have last year?

Around 50 pretty much in-line with PHL. This year I'm several ahead of PHL, I'm sure if PTW was compared to PHL the same would apply. Many, and I mean many of the 29 this year have been in the 90-92 degree range, not many upper 90s.

nws for KPHL intl reporting 92 degrees, DP of 76, HI of 104...

Local wx stations in my neck of the woods in Upper Darby, 92, dp of 80, HI of 112.. maybe because we're away from any marine layer influence from the Del river?

you say tomato, i say tomoto... it's freaking nasty,..

cant believe im going to say this, but bring back last years heat.!

i dont know how accurate dvp2 dew points are but the one at my work has a radiation shield and it has a 80 degree dp with a temp of 94 with a HI of 115. My house has a fan aspirated radiation shield and it has a 82 degree dp with a temp of 91

Nasty!

tom, lots of local stations on wunderground showing numerous 80 DP's, Wouldnt be surprised to see it verify officialy. PHL is "only" reporting 76, wonder if that has to do with the NJ Obs site and marine influence from the river?
