bluehens
Seeing nice big CU towers starting to go up in all directions out of my office window here in Wilmington DE. This whole week has been one big bag of fail here but maybe we can squeeze out one actual real storm.
Ian
If something severe happens IMBY today it'll strictly be pulled-outta-my-ass trickery by the atmosphere Delmarva still stands a chance, but we'll see how that works out. Would have been nice if there was some SFC wind convergence along the cold front like there is with a regular front. Why foes HPC have it analyzed east of SPC? Dews are a bit lower at HGR but wind direction is the same.

It's one of the s**ttiest cold fronts I've ever seen... I would place it oriented SSW-NNE (locally) right through DC (using dewpoint/SLP as the two most significant indicators). MN Transplant
It's one of the s**ttiest cold fronts I've ever seen... I would place it oriented SSW-NNE (locally) right through DC (using dewpoint/SLP as the two most significant indicators). I have no idea how they drew it that far west with the SLP alignment. It is a diffuse, crappy front, but still.
Ian
it's definitely diffuse down here but i'd put it something like this
