Hoosier
Yesterday was 6 years since the remnants of tropical storm Arlene produced a couple tornadoes south of Indy. I did a search for other local cases and could only find 1 that definitively produced, that being Gustav in 2008. Gilbert 1988 is another possible case but that one is a bit unclear. I put up a longer post on my blog if anyone is interested: http://indianadoes.blogspot.com/2011/06/frequency-of-tornadoes-from-remnants-of.html

SEMIweather
Ike produced an EF-2 in Livonia (suburb of Detroit) in 2008, that's about all I can think of for Michigan.
Thundersnow12
One of my first chases on my own was from tropical remnants in IA/MO/IL on 5/26/09, forget what storm it was from.
