mappy
I experienced one of those in Salisbury a few years ago, pretty cool (or hot)
jasons
I experienced this once or twice while I was a college student in Lubbock. I've seen some strange weather phenomena but this ranks near the very top. Throw in some lightning and raining mud and it's like the apocalypse has arrived. Hoosier
There's been a lot of smaller ones in Wisconsin/Michigan in the past day. Those Wichita obs are really impressive.

Crazieman
It was pretty wild, I stepped outside during my break at work expecting it to be cooling off. Instead I was hit in the face with an oven.
Arnold214
It was pretty wild, I stepped outside during my break at work expecting it to be cooling off. Instead I was hit in the face with an oven. Pretty cool. Never experienced anything like that when I lived in Wichita. I'd imagine that level of heat can be somewhat alarming that time of night if you don't know what's going on.
