Steady 1/2 hour of rain. Can't wait to check the gauge. Maybe a whole 0.10" :weight_lift:

That's really what you need. A heavy soaking rain will mostly run off, am I right? Honestly, I'm glad there's no storms today, people around here are still cleaning up. We had to go help a lady get a huge tree off of her roof earlier today.

I mowed my lawn lastnight the grass isn't growing but the clover and weeds have taken off due to the nearly 4 inches of rain in the past 3 weeks.

I have never seen weeds including clover and crabgrass as bad as this year. Cool season grasses growth is really dormant this summer

Can the radar echos north of Erie make it here by midnight? otherwise, this was a huge forecast bust

I am happy with a cool, cloudy afternoon with some light rain.

Gauge has 0.08" and its still spritzing. I'd prefer about 24 hours of this though.

Two things are happening right now:

1. The short-term models have failed us. Look out Grothar!

2. It's **** cold out! Currently 69.5/67. I honestly can't remember the last time I saw 60s on my thermometer, even at night.

We've had a few lows in the 60s in the past month. Them there was uber-warm nights.
