WxUSAF
Kind of surprised at only 0.3-0.4" of rain. My mental rain gauge must be off after not having any rain in weeks. Thought it was a lot more. Still nice. And LWX going 90% chance of rain this afternoon

winterymix
Here in NW Baltimore County, the thunder and lightning began around 4 AM and then our area lost power for two hours. A good soaking, though. The trees are greened up now. So far, this summer seems very typical for Maryland.

BethesdaWX
Pssh, ended up in the dark for most of the earlier morning, apparently it was a transformer or something since they were working on the line, pepco had over 2000 people out earlier. I'm sick of losing power every other day it storms, last summer basically did it for me. Needed the rain though, and most of the area got over 1". Ground Soaked it right up.
