BucksCO_PA
glenn is going 100 for wed and 101 thurs only the great 1925 heatwave produced consecutive 100 degree days during the month of June I guess with 9 of the last 15 months coming in top 10 warm nothing is suprising at this point
BucksCO_PA
today's MEX MOS topping out WED / THURS at 97 / 99 for PHL 98 / 99 for both NE Philly & Mt Holly NAM MOS says overnight WED into THURS is real nasty, record high min if 79 verifies
Parsley
Obviously, most non-weather weenies think hot occurs in this region before temps. even hit 90. I think I'm stuck at "90 = hot" from living along the coast growing up. Maybe I need to readjust my thinking living here well inland (PHL included). 93 or higher seems reasonable as some here have said. Now, once you get up over 500' in elevation or close to the coast, 90 still makes sense to me.
BucksCO_PA
however the next several days play out it still won't compare to the June 1925 heatwave, just sick #'s for so early in the season 6 1 1925 92 64 0 0 6 2 1925 98 72 0 0 6 3 1925 96 73 0 0 6 4 1925 98 73 0 0 6 5 1925 100 77 0 0 6 6 1925 100 82 0 0 6 7 1925 98 81 -1
SmokeEater
I could care less whether we hit 96 or 100, either way, it's still going to be disgusting out.
