cmichweather
Looking ahead at tomorrow, looks like NW MO/NE KS/SW IA/SE NE could be prime for some evening tornadoes. 00z SE NE would be my target as of right now.... maybe just south of Omaha, NE. only problem I have is that darn cap right above 700mb, could be until dark til storms go and they might not be surface based at that point. I guess looking at it a bit more maybe i'd sit in SW Iowa and just hope that surface based storms can go up just after 00z.

SEMIweather
Just looked back at the radar loop and kind of disappointed in myself that I didn't stay up a bit longer to see the OFB hit me. Apparently we didn't get any rain with the developing storms, and I did check and there is no tree damage to be found, but I'm sure it would have been cool to see the wind gusts, and the accompanying temperature drop (PTK dropped from 83 to 70 in one hour after the OFB rolled through). Interesting event for sure.
A-L-E-K
barely made it into the office in time, another round of surface based storms moving in, that makes at least three that i'm aware of.
A-L-E-K
Ya but low-level moisture isn't as great the further east you go, eastern IA/northwest IL have dew points in the upper 60's near 70 with northeast IL dew points in the upper 50's, heck CO9 and IKK are at 52 and 55 respectively. PWATs increase pretty quick ahead of the front with nice long vectors, upwind propogation vectors look good as well, I think we see some decent rains. Decent was an understatement, PWATS up around 1.
Torontonian
Good to see all the Ontario folk having a good start to the season. MCS central! We have had at least 4 MCS roll through Toronto during the June 4-9th time frame. Lightening like crazy. Great for a usually deprived severe weather buff like myself. Use to watching these things die over Lake Huron, not explode off Lake Huron.
