CoastalWx
NAM is doing exactly what I hope doesn't happen. A little wave runs out along the warmfront, and it helps lock in ne winds on Friday.

The more hype and extreme it is..the hotter and heavier I become I wish we got some better summer weather wrt thunderstorms. I love a good thunderstorm...even if it's just good CG. I don't need roofs lifting off or anything..just a good ole fashioned thunderstorm. But it's winter wx that really drives me. I love a good storm. Phil and I share that wind fetish. ski MRG
i don't think scooby doo likes you. Well, to be fair, it's really hot where he lives. I think the heat just makes him cranky sometimes. He doesn't mean it when he viciously lashes out at others. Wow, dews in the low 60s at Pete's house. Flies sticking to crotch area FTL. Today felt a little warmer than yesterday but still quite nice. The imagery is unwarranted. You're trying to goad Kevin into another story about lining underwear with tp. Hit 76.1/62 at the Pit. Are you sure it wasn't 90?lol How are you Mike? Enjoying the new deck yet?

Stationed up at 3,700ft all day the highest temp I saw was 58-59F with a stiff breeze. Just got home and its 75F at the house. This is how summer should be! scoob40
74/61, topped out at a blistering 76. 75 @Peru, 76 @ Goshen, 77 @ Chester Hill . Looks like at least Thursday will remain in the 60's, perhaps others as this inferno of a June continues. 86.7 here at the hacienda, can't complain, Like Sherm Feller said " it's sum sum sum summertime............... powderfreak
Schweet! One of our local skiers (who is on the mountain everyday all winter long) came up and filled a garbage bag with snow from a remnant drift up above the gondola... he does it every June 21st and then sends it down in the Gondola so we can make a snowman at the base for the tourists (who absolutely cannot wrap their head around the fact that there are some piles of snow left). Last year was the only year in 16 years of doing this on the summer solstice that he couldn't find any snow. He gave me my solstice snowball to throw in honor of Ullr. Yes, I am not the only crazy one out there... far from it. This town is a snow lovers dream town, filled with snow freaks like myself, haha. I cant believe the start of Festivus is only 17 weeks away, hard to believe the lights will be turned on in such a short time...........but its a very long long descent into the cold season, and we have some amazing weather to enjoy before that, one of the great things about living in this area 4 very distinct seasons. I'm so glad he lives in CT... that kind of talk would get him banished around here. Why would someone like it? I guess my dad used to from what I recall. I'm with Ray on this subject.
