Major heat wave next week? The degree - no pun intended - of the anomaly cannot really be ascertained at this point in time, but heat does appear in the cards in general. ORH_wxman
We might not see an above normal day again until well into next week. Could maybe be ok early next week but there is a lot of disagreement regarding the cutoff.
Logan11
OVC and 65 here now, but no rain around this area today that I know of....very pleasant wx from my perspective. I just got back from a nice hike/walk along the Catskill Scenic Trail from east of Delhi to Hobart in Delaware County, NY. The trail follows the old Ulster and Delaware RR grade and traverses the West Branch of the Delaware River a few times. About 8.5 miles and temps were perfect - low/mid 60's. What grade you in, boy? Mr Torchey
Took a walk down to Penfield this morning with Julie, sometimes the quiet days are the best on the beach, impressive coastal flooding last night, and heading back now that the sun is out to boogie board with the kids as the tides out!
