aslkahuna
Observers north of 45N in the US should be alert for periods of visual auroral activity through tomorrow night. The hours of midnight to Dawn are the best. Steve
aslkahuna
A review of the storm activity shows that the main Gemag storming occurred during daylight hours in the US. However, one sunstorm period occurred over the US last night and resulted in visual aurora being seen in MN and WI. Aurora Australis was seen in New Zealand and Tasmania-areas of visibility suggest that Europe was also not favored. Peak numbers were 94/6+ for the 3 hour ap/K values respectively or high end Category G2. Steve
