As a professional builder I can tell you that Massachusetts has one of the most stringent building codes in the U.S.. All homes must be anchor bolted to the foundation. This has been the code for quite some time.

Many of the destroyed homes I saw pics of looked like older triple decker types that looked like they were blown over. Triple decks are usually pretty sturdy

LOL you picked the wrong city to visit.... Springfield, not ORH

Just had huge CG hit very close, some pea sized hail, downpour

I wouldn't have advised chasing that storm from the east anyway...dangerous direction to come from.
