You could also turn on the Division I college football championship on TV (MASN) to watch the snow. Game is being played in Boone, NC, and there appears to be at least an inch or two on the ground and snowing at a decent clip!

I think we can get a period of light snow/flurries later this evening around dc and northern va. The radar is showing ESE movement, and the ruc is showing precip getting farther north each run.

Not expecting anything over a dusting though.

It looks like the southward progression of the low is stopping. I also think DC will see some flurries and maybe a light snow shower.
