weatherMA
After six days ... DCA +5.8 NYC +1.4 BOS -1.4 quite a gradient there. Wow DCA should be able to get to +7 or +8 by Friday before they fall back a bit. BOS should get above normal before falling back below this weekend I would think. skierinvermont
Through 23 days: a little bit of divergence actually with the past couple days way above average in DCA, and below in BOS. BOS: -.5 NYC: +1.7 DCA: +4.
Ellinwood
With the warm up fail in the Northeast over the past few days, OHSnow's numbers are looking solid: DCA +3.4 NYC +1.2 BOS -0.
skierinvermont
With the warm up fail in the Northeast over the past few days, OHSnow's numbers are looking solid: Oh I didn't even see his guess... I think he's been the likely winner unless BOS gets above +.3... DCA is going to finish above almost everyone and BOS below... so it's going to come down to spread mostly and he has the largest gradient of 3.5. Rodney's gradient is only 2. You've got 1.7 and I've got 1.6. Quakertown has 1.8. Inudaw has 1.6 and Phil has 1.5. Everyone else either doesn't have enough gradient, or guessed way too warm or cold. nzucker
Predicted based on today and NWS through the 31st: BOS: -1.0 NYC: +1.3 DCA: +3.8 Amazing that the Northeast finished the month with near-normal temperatures (cooler to the NE, warmer to the SW) after the early heat wave. Many of us were thinking June would finish >+3F considering how hot we started and what the models were showing. Marine layer locked in for the second half of the month. Roger Smith
After the 26th, DCA 4.5 and NYC 1.2 with BOS not updated but showing -2 for the day so likely staying -1.4. Can't wait for the 31st (no seriously, can't).
