Getting some 3-5" tree limb down reports in Fredricksburg. What is that like 40-45 mph?

A report of downed trees off Garrisonville... and an apparent skywarn spotter 3 miles W of I95 who reported estimated winds of 75 mph to the NWS ("we have tree damage around the Salem church road area to levells road area near Plank Road (Near route 3)") -- that was what he wrote in the FB page
