Yeouch - I lived in Westlake (Roanoke/Keller area) and do not care to remember my truck getting smashed by the softball+ hail in the '95 Mayfest storm!

Those areas of Azle, Saginaw, Keller, HEB ... basically northern suburbs. That area also includes the Alliance airport and big Nascar track.

The Arlington ballfield is well south of that cell. But the cell in western Tarrant County, approaching Ft Worth, is on path to potentially pass over the ballpark.

That hail core is frigging ridiculous. And the whole storm is rotating, you can see it rotating around the circulation.

looks like the couplet will pass south of there but wonder how a ton of parked planes take big hail

Agree, it sure looked like it. Looked too dark to be a rain shaft. Didn't see any power flashes though.

Yeah, that's what was odd, but it sure looked like it! Then people stopping on the freeway avoiding the hail.... I'll agree with the Met. there... That is stupid for them to do and I would say it on air too if I saw that....

I'm back.

I think it barely misses North, but better safe than sorry, sisters and kids and Mom warned. Two in closets/interior bathroom, one already at HEB hospital with her children.

They all live inside HEB area North of Arlington/South of Grapevine.
