Was just going to post this. This is the view to my south - though I am pretty surprised that i'd be able to see the cell that far south of me. :unsure:

nice. distance is pretty hard to determine out there especially if youre used to the east coast vis.

Yea, really. Besides the fact that I am surprised I can see that far, I see no reason why it wouldn't be the same storm (and a storm with structure like that should have some radar signature, lol). The overshooting top has since disappeared from view.

MONTGOMERY COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL MISSOURI...

* UNTIL 615 PM CDT

* AT 525 PM CDT...TRAINED WEATHER SPOTTERS REPORTED A POSSIBLE

TORNADO NEAR WILLIAMSBURG...OR 8 MILES WEST OF MONTGOMERY CITY.

DOPPLER RADAR SHOWED THIS TORNADO MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.

it's definitely that storm.. nothing else would look like that. maybe you can see the other tower somewhere to the east but it's been having trouble till recently.

Didn't see the velocity at the time but base reflectivity looked a little suspicious.
