Pretty impressive and appeared to be rotating. tough to say, but looks like maybe 1 to 2 interesting areas according to KDIX on SRV 1. one right under hail core/insignia, and other on SE side: next frame (current) seems to have weakend. We lost the instability when the first rd came through, but we shall see how it holds as it pushes up towards our region. LMolineuxLM1
These are some of the shots i got today during my lightning chase, where i ran into pea to nickle sized hail as i made my way down west chester pike into Upper Darby out of Havertown. The Lightning Strikes were filmed while i was on Darby Road heading towards Drexel Hill Upper Darby. was a great chase and some lightning and fun hail, finally a great way to kick off my year for thunderstorms, now they can only get better over time.
