Continued discussion/obs for cutoff low May 18 through end of week

I'll ask about aviation: I'm heading to MCI connecting in Memphis Wednesday. Flight leaves BOS around 10:45 AM I think. Worried about severe and delays. What do you think?

Two things I could see.

If BOS is socked in, then there might be delays at that time of day, but that will depend on how low cigs and vis are. I'd have to think it's possible, but hopefully we aren't in a 1/4sm fog scenario.

The other thing is the potential for tstms in Missouri..like a leftover MCS type thing, but that is more of a wildcard and hopefully less of an impact.

Thanks Scott. I'm less worried about BOS as takeoffs tend to occur as long as we're not down to near 0 but you now better than me.

Yeah they would still operate, but there would probably be some sort of ATC traffic program in place..especially for arrivals, but that can cause delays for departures. Good news is that BOS is used to these events.

Boche ball, horseshoes, kids on the slip n slide.,tan lines :sun: :sun:

Glorious 63 under full sun...

Even better in BOS.

Just an amazing day, stratus, 900' cigs, people walking around in sweat shirts, branches swaying in ne winds, heat kicked on.

It just keeps rolling.

Hair caught in the spokes??

Landed on a rain slicked, moss covered pitch and the wheels went out from under me in a flash. No release from the clips and my leftr shoulder took the brunt. Feels better now after a painkiller. Can't sit still so I'm taking storm windows down. If I stay limber I'll play 9 later.

that wasn't me...I was just proving that you were wrong as usual..but sure.

Atta boy. Blizz getting batted around by a 16yo....priceless.

56/52, cloudy but very nice temps. So far may has been great with no bothersome heat.

I'm so depressed by this weather. This is like 2 summers ago...Oh the horror. I really feel myself getting depressed and I'm glad I travel a lot or I'd be a freakin mess. Thank God for 3 hours of sun yesterday. Could you imagine being raptured after 9 days of gloom? Or maybe some tribe of 15 sufis got raptured and we are all just left in this hell that is outside my window.

I'd like to spray some plants with anti-fungal spray but it wont' even dry up enough to protect my plants from the moisture...lol.

TOOT!!! My friends in AK are snowmobiling today (Towing in for skiing). After today they put them up on blocks until Oct. though they could ride through the Summer if they really wanted.

Nancy boy panty waists.

There is no good reason not to ride if snow is accesible.

Shame on them. There must be some California taint in their blood.

Disgraceful.

Vim Toot!
