Today's a day to crack out the pencil and do a subjective mesoscale hand analysis in SNE. What a mess.

The backdoor just came through here. Dropped 5F in about 15 mins. This is seriously getting depressing.

Warmth and sun has been erased from the forecast here too, wet with temps upper 60s to low 70s. Pete's year without a summer may come true!:snowman:

I can remember a summer in the 80's (I think) that was very cool and rainy throughout. Hoping we can get something like that going. Good start.

C'mon, it's a great time to use your rain gear. It's just perfect New England spring weather. Would you rather have this or day after blistering day? Easy choice.

Sign me up. I could go for something like that to get going as well. One month down three to go. Then time to start thinking about KU's :snowman:

2009 was a very cool wet summer Pete! I think I only used ac on 4 days, always breeze off the water that summer down here!

Just got in from the final cub scout pack meeting of the year. We held it at a beautiful lakeside camp complete with bonfire and smores. During one presentation, we could see a perfect rainbow forming on the other side of the lake. Within a few minutes it crossed the lake along with the rain. Swept in and we headed inside for a while then back to the bonfire. Surprisingly few bugs.

Now I smell like smoke

This discussion appears to counter the doom and gloom being spread around here by some as it relates to SNE for next week..

Written by an intern. Looks like a nice cloudy, showery week on tap. Comfortable temps, no torch.

miserable day for everyone

next week looks god awful, the year without a summer has arrived, I cannot continue the positive attitude, this is downright gut wrenching

Time for a refill on the prescription? You've had way more good weather than anyone else in SNE, man up and quit yer bitchin'.lol

Tuesday's warmth will be nice..as will Thursday and Friday as we warm sector after an ugly Wed

I like the idea of another cut-off low taking up residence in the vicinity thus keeping us cool and unsettled. The idea of day after day of 80's was never in the cards except for those easily tricked by their own desires.
