michsnowfreak
The lack of sun and slow greenup have made spring photography a tough feat this year, my favorite pic was the snow-covered tulips from April 18th. I decided to snap a few pics yesterday of the May gray, and then tonight, Im sitting here watching the Tigers game and look out to see a blazing pink sky. How that happened on yet another very overcast day I have no idea, I looked outside like 20 minutes ago to solid gray, then I see pink lol. Voyager
It's been a slow green-up here as well. We are finally getting there in the lower elevations, but on Sunday, I was at a picnic at a friends house which is located on a 1,700 ft ridge top. Other than the grass, it looked more like February 1 then May 1. Nice pics.
nzucker
Magnolias are already gone here, leaves are growing in as the flowers diminish. Great pics, though, Josh of my of my favorite flowers. Both the large magnolias and the smaller "star magnolia" are particularly beautiful in mid-spring.
