Yeah it's just gonna go boom once the sun is out. Around my area, given the days our clouds and drizzle...I have less than 2" of rain to show for it. The mlv RH fields on the 12z NAM are ~25% drier once the last slug of QPF comes through central and easter regions ending 12z tomorrow... Could there actually be some brightening during the mid-day? Other than that, it looks like there will be some marginal instability around on Saturday/Sunday as discussed a couple clicks back - still in check there I think. Vestigial cool pool aloft with bring its bag of mlv lapse rates over a sun baking rich soil moisture content.
