moneypitmike
Sometimes well into June. A screen porch is a wonderful thing to have as it adds a room to the house in the warm months. We eat out on ours most nights in the Summer. Make sure the builder knows tht you mat want to have a phase 2 that adds a roof/screening to the deck in the future. This way he'll size the concrete piers and framing members accordingly. If you hve any questions about his proposal shoot me a PM. Thanks, Pete. CoastalWx
Hey Birving....I'm not sure why you intend to be a dick, but you need to seriously chill being a tough guy in front of a Dell monitor. The guy puts so much effort into these maps which goes to clients....you think he wants to send a flawed map to the people who pay him???

My eyes are probably the best thing going..lol. The only thing that pisses me off, is that I can't remember some details of certain storms that occurred when I was younger. I remember the big ones, but with personal life getting busier, I feel like some of those details have taken a back seat. I usually just go search some of the reanalysis stuff to jog my memory. CoastalWx
That must have been a little loud. Any damage? Happy birthday! Yeah it was a little farther than that when I saw the address, but still a half a mile or so. Funny thing is...I didn't think we had anything that close at all. Must have been a little streamer or something.

Mostly sunny day yesterday--just awesome (if you got rid of the black flys). Today looks like another beauty. So far, at least. 54.2/

CoastalWx
Man I was just looking back at some radar shots from this winter. There are some mouth watering images in there, thanks to the winter of H7 lows. Heavy heavy banding/deformation.

I wouldn't be able to trek up and down miles of AK mountains if I didn't treat my body well. You guys all have such hair envy. Just grow yours out and let that freak flag fly man.
