wxmeddler
New circulation trying to form out east ahead of it in the BWER. Edit: There's going to be a new circulation center east of the current one.
Arnold214
Gonna have to go east out of philip and find a north road that's paved.

Chicago Storm
We are trying to figure out where to go. We let it pass rather than run into it. I think it's rain wrapped. Personally, I would take gravel/dirt roads eastward to to 63/14 and then north to 34. Edit: 221st St is an east option for a time.
Arnold214
And just a heads up, there's still some tornadic stuff to your sw over shannon and custer counties that is heading in your general direction. That cell 20-30mi east of the town of custer looks pretty damn good. Something to consider (or at least watch out for).

Looks like their only option is to take a long stretch of freshly-soaked unpaved roads... not sure what kind of vehicle they're in. Pretty nasty area for a storm to track through, especially after dark.
Ian
We are on a dirt road now. In it good.

Pretty nasty area for a storm to track through, especially after dark. I got on a dirt road on quinter day... later that night when that beast was approaching ellis it got hairy. not a good idea. I never recommend it especially at night.

Arnold214
Your storm is kicked. Turn around and take some lightning shots...should be crazy continuous. Probably lots of small hail too.
