HurricaneJosh
One of my all-time favorite tornado videos, definitely in my Top 5-- just a classic. The sexiest part starts around 1:45, as it starts to cross the AFB. A really photogenic storm:
tmagan
Nice website by some plains WFO's dedicated to the anniversary of the Andover outbreak. http://www.srh.noaa....event_1991apr26 The Weather Channel, considering the limited technology they had compared to today, had excellent coverage that day. Arnold214
Several of the various videos of the Andover/McConnell tornado really show how violent the low level rotation was...much like the Pampa, TX tornado videos of June 1995.
Eskimo Joe
The third video is the most powerful of the trio, but all three really illustrate the power of the tornado.
blackjack123
I remember seeing the damage I was like 10 years old. Some trees had benn completely strippe dof their bark and shredded down the center, a whole gas station and church were literally gone, and the Golden Spur Mobile Home Park was beyond unrecognizable.
