famartin
Thanks, that looks about right. I don't remember it getting much below 9 or 10 degrees more than once where I live, even with the major snowpack. I made a new thread for this particular topic. Voyager
the dreaded "V" word I'll say this. Winter weather can be both fascinating and frustrating at the same time. All week long I saw snow flurries and showers with nothing on radar and more blue skies than clouds. Now, a solid overcast and radar echos directly over the house...and nothing. It's crazy stuff I tell ya...
The Iceman
all virga in millersville.
tombo82685
all virga in millersville. i have a feeling the only stuff reaching is the stuff back towards hagerstown where the heavier echoes are. Also the nws radar is in clear air mode so its going to look heavier than it is

sauss06
Snowing in Harrisburg per the PennDot cameras out there. http://www.511pa.com...howCameras=true It just started in Hbg. If you look at the traffic cams, West of us like Chambersburg, south of us Gettysburg and North of us State College their roads are covered. Voyager
It just started in Hbg. If you look at the traffic cams, West of us like Chambersburg, south of us Gettysburg and North of us State College their roads are covered. Judging by background visibility, the leading edge appears to be about at the Linglestown Rd interchange, and possibly up to the rest areas around mile marker 79 on I-81.
