TWN has 3.15" of rain in the forecast until Tuesday. Add that to the 10" we've had since April... the river keeps flooding the park a block west of here. All the animals have invaded the neighbourhood. Squirrels, bunnies, skunks and coyotes. I'm so sick of seeing rain... and skunks.

OMG we really cool down across the region next week..More rain too!!!What a Spring!

Unless you're taking one model verbatim, you should probably chill out! At least you're not looking at the prospects of having a high around 50 like we are on Tuesday. Per Detroit's current NWS forecast, the area will stay in the 60s for highs throughout the week. That's pretty seasonable.

One of those mornings I could keep sleeping another couple of hrs instead of going fishing with temps 49/47. AC programmed to chart chooching before I get home this afternoon. Once the AC is chooching for the season I wish it would just stay summer but it looks like we may have one more puking roller coaster ride next week.

Not really, the average is in the low/mid 70s.

Our average high temp for the next week will be mid to upper 70s, but the forecast looks like low to mid 60s from Tuesday until at least the end of the week. I'm not sure we've even had a clap of thunder in several weeks. This weekend was supposed to be stormy, but again all we are getting is a few spritzes of light rain. Spring 2011 kinda stinks.

It's not too different this way either. I've had some thunder (in vicinity), but I've only seen one negligable downpour in the last few weeks, and it wasn't even with a thunderstorm.

It's not Spring of 2010, that's for sure.

Wow at the GFS and EURO towards the end of May/beginning of March.

GFS says widespread 90s with sunshine (595dm ridge over the Ohio Valley) while the EURO says 50s/60s, cloudy and showers (555dm trough over the Great lakes). GFS would be a nice ring of fire setup too.

Obviously I'm hoping the GFS finally gets one right.

AC still on standby.. Only a high of 64 *so far & Boowers back to .500

I hope we can extend that string of days without a high in the 70s at least one more day so we can get good instability for the storms tomorrow. Then Monday can be our first high in the 70s since October.:pepsi:
