jrips27
Any flakes over your way? We had a 15 minute period of flurries here, now the sun's out and we're warming up...slightly. I think I saw a few mangled flurries this morning. I went down to Douglasville though and there weren't any there. 36 here right now.

WeatherNC
CAA beginning in earnest here in Pitt County, wind has picked up considerably over the last hour. Was outback playing with the little one and it was not bad, until the wind started. 37/27 at the airport, only made it up to 39 yesterday, and if we fail to get out of the 30's today that would be two days in a row, pretty impressive for early December. Took a walk back in the woods and still close to 100% coverage on the ground. Imagine based on what has melted in the yard and forecasted lows tonight, there will be some coverage back there tomorrow morning. Big story this week will be the cold, and windchills. Likely in the mid-teens the next couple mornings, which I could do without. Have no problem with the cold, just the wind part that sucks.

dsaur
Nice day out there. Sun in and out, good wind blowing and 40 degrees. I waited the whole interminable 8 months of summer to enjoy a day like this! I hope it is the first of 4 months more! T
DaculaWeather
Just a few flakes here today. We had .06" of rain with that last system. We never really got above 40 degrees during the daylight hours, and right now the temps are starting to fall at an increasing rate and I'm around 38. Seems like the NWS keeps dropping the forecast temps with each forecast!

MotoWeatherman
I hope you get some flakes, You are one of the top notch Mets & poster on this board and you deserve some snow. I enjoy and appreciate your posts for us se peeps. BTW- I got lucky and ended up with 3 inches with this storm. Thanks! 3" is awesome for a system like this. LOL, I've been out working in the yard. Can barely see them. Thanks for sending the flakes. They finally arrived at about 10am and were super tiny. Actually have a few small areas on my deck covered. Wow that's great. Didn't think you would see enough to provide a "dusting".
