Ender
Heavy rain or what? Well, technically/verbatim the NAM has snow during the blue box. In fact it shows about .25" accumulation by 84hr for the north half of Loudoun CO, around 2.25" for FDK, 3" in the extreme NW tip of VA NW of Winchester, and a coating as far east as BWI. Obviously reality will be a period of light to moderate rain with a BL temperature that doesn't permit snow lower than 1000' or so. I assumed JI would be all over this by now. North Balti Zen
This is what spring is like... I want the part of spring on my infrequent off days that is around 70. Not 45 and trying to snow. In late April.
Ender
The GFS is actually a bit more emphatic with at least a coating of snow all the way down south of Fredericksburg.

mattie g
I'm playing golf in Jersey this weekend, so it can do whatever it wants on Friday as long as the weather holds out on Saturday. I say this as someone who will be at work on Friday.

mitchnick
how did that work out for you? the same way the rest of the snow threats at 36+ hrs worked out for us this past winter, save two (yay, I can finally say "past" winter when referring to winter of 10/11!)
