CooL
Where is the moisture on radar? The "MCS" is VERY weak and dying and its west of the mountains..I was never impressed and by the time whatever gets here we will be losing instability

LocoAko
DISCUSSION...LOW-TOPPED TSTMS ARE GRADUALLY INTENSIFYING THIS AFTERNOON ALONG COLD FRONT PUSHING EWD ACROSS THE REGION. BREAKS IN THE CLOUDS HAVE ALLOWED FOR A CORRIDOR OF STRONGER DIABATIC WARMING WHICH IS SUPPORTING SBCAPE OF AROUND 500 J/KG. GIVEN THE STRONG WLY DEEP-LAYER WIND FIELD OBSERVED BY AREA VWPS...THE POTENTIAL WILL EXIST FOR SMALL SUPERCELLS OR BOWING STRUCTURES WITH THE PRIMARY HAZARD BEING DAMAGING WIND GUSTS. Weathergun
The storms over Central PA are falling apart. BRN numbers are really low right now, over PA and east which means the shear is too strong.

earthlight
Beautiful weather..but the convergence along the front sucks. Doubt we will see much organized convection.
IsentropicLift
Beautiful weather..but the convergence along the front sucks. Doubt we will see much organized convection. It's not ideal but its enough to get something done, it looks like the best dynamics and instability are building just out ahead of the front in eastern PA. They should slide eastward with the front itself.
atownwxwatcher
There is no storms at all in PA..What was in central PA died and never made it across the Mtns.. and thus far at least speaking in reference to ABE we have not had any severe weather so far...season wise..
