* AT 716 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A

SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO. THIS DANGEROUS

STORM WAS LOCATED NEAR GERALD...OR 10 MILES EAST OF OWENSVILLE...

AND MOVING EAST AT 40 MPH.

* AT 733 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR WAS TRACKING

A CONFIRMED DAMAGING TORNADO NEAR DARDENNE PRAIRIE. DOPPLER RADAR

SHOWED THIS TORNADO MOVING EAST AT 25 MPH.

CONSIDERABLE STRUCTURAL DAMAGE HAS BEEN REPORTED IN NEW MELLE.
