SLAM22
I thought it would be cool, for some of us who are also learning the science of how everything works, to have some input from the METS and knowledgeable forecasters about not only this upcoming storm, but the overall pattern for the winter. Basically, what needs to happen in this type of LA NINA pattern for decent snowfall to occur? And in regards to the upcoming storm, what needs to go right, and whats currently going wrong. I think it would be cool to have a better understanding of just how everything works and why.
tombo82685
one thing, the cutoff low post hr120 needs to not be so dominating or lift out quicker or not form in general. Also, the energy in the sw that comes into the sw needs to eject faster, slower it is the better shot the cutoff low will just smash it to pieces.
