I am waiting on just normal storms with lightning, that i havent really gotten much of yet this year. I'd take anything to film for lightning content at this point. One thing I've really noticed today is a big discrepancy between my GR radar and local media radars. Local media all show much more intense returns...strange. I wonder if that stuff to the west can expand a bit more - I have to assume we are pretty worked over with all the rain today. Is that stuff the front? Terrible reports coming out of NC.....one skywarn spotter was sitting in his front yard and his house was completely gone. That line back to the west continues to build in strength and further south.
