Amped
My Best guess is it went right over the eastern Part of the NC state Campus. Edit: Sauners ST to Skycrest is east of there. It might have went right through downtown.

Gastonwxman
221 User(s) are reading this topic 155 members, 49 guests, 17 anonymous users It's been a very long time since I've seen this many users online. Anyway...This tornado is not showing any indication of slowing or weakening anytime soon. Moving at 50mph and still holding very strong. This proves what the mid and low level jet can do with supercells when they erupt. The crossover of the jets allows the shear to remain so significant that you end up with a long-tracked tornado.
