We are lucking out today here...boundary has inched just north of here so we are almost 70F now...I was pessimistic it would hang just south of here. But we managed to get a good 4-5 hours of nice weather this afternoon after a terrible morning and lunch hour.

Same map shows my station as 74. It's actually 58.2/57 at the Pit. But, peeks of sun breaking through the mank, so perhaps we'll get a spike shortly.

I wonder why it does that.

Maybe it predicts the future. Sun just filtering through here in Leominster. Weds should be decently warm, which is always great in a middle school...

Man things are becoming fairly unstable just off to our west, SBcapes in the 1500-2000 J/KG range, MLcapes in the 1000-1250 J/KG range, MUcapes in the 1000-1500 J/KG range, LI values between -4C and -6C, ML lapse rates between 6-6.5 C/KM...good shear. Ncape values getting up to 0.15. Western portions of SNE destabilization fairly decent as well.
