Thakfully the torch is coming for the rest of the week..though i certainly wouldn't want to live in NE Mass ..as that area might never realize the true warmup

I'm not sure it ever gets to 70F here. Not that I would complain about temps in the 60s though.

Tomorrow you should easily get to 75. Dews are gonna be pretty high too. Yesterday really torched nicely. Low 70's here..75 at BDL..mid- upper 70's in much of Central and Eastern mass

How was the vaca? I saw all of Megan's pics on Facebook. Looks like you guys had a blast..and you even played some air guitar at the wedding

nam has the boundary sinking back south to the CT/MA border so flow goes SW tonight but then swings back NE tomorrow.

LOL...i was out of town all last week down in the mid-atlantic...had one day of 85F and two days in the middle 70s. was great to be driving back and get a text from kevin showing a sloppy coating of snow on his lawn. :arrowhead:

I was shocked Saturday morning. I got up to go running and looked outside at 5:10 and it was just getting light. I thought at first it was frost..then I flicked on the light and huge quarter sized flakes were falling . It snowed moderately for the first 5-6 miles of my run..then it turned to sleet..and then all rain for the last 3-4 miles. What a miserable run that was

Then yesterday was so warm..the kids got out the pool and sprinkler and went swimming lol...What a difference a day makes

I think we have about a 5% chance of hitting 75 tomorrow. If we couldn't hit 70F yesterday, then I don't think we hit it tomorrow. You have a much better shot.

The trip was very fun. There was still some weenie snow piles at the Canyon rim and the North Rim of the Canyon actually had snow on the ground.

yesterday was awesome. it was close to 70F IMBY with basically 90-100% sunshine for a good chunk of the midday hours - much better than it looked early in the morning when i thought it might be an E MA cloud/drizzle/fog debacle all day.

If you listened really closely you could hear the leaves...

The difference between where I live and going either east or south is amazing. Much of my area is still brown/dead and south and east is green and blooming.

Less mowing for me :scooter:

things are busting warm today too. middle 60s here now as the sun breaks through.

Its definitely all about the boundary. The high today here thus far has been at midnight...temps have been steady all day or slowly ticking down.

It's been warm and muggy here, big brush tree pruning day, fire is crackling good, worked up a good sweat. Yesterday was beautiful although the afternoon rain made it seem like soup. Wanting those fresh clear Canadian dry highs for May.

It's fairly ugly here today. Still mired at 51 in drizzle etc.... Yesterday hit 56 around noon, but then fell under 50 late in the day.

If snow is done ....I won't complain if it hits 70 tomorrow, but not holding my breath,

This is the time of year I'm loving my latitude. Winter it sucks in sw flow events. Hopefully that boundary stays north of the border.
