44 here...windy and cloudy.

It is "hot" in western NY now....mid/upper 60s in ROC, BUF and YYZ. I don't know if that will ever get here to that degree....

12Z GFS still looks mild to warm Tues-Thur, but it looks like a dirty warm up to me with the main ridge offshore too far etc.... Not classic early heat, but lots of 70's yeah.....and maybe a touch humid.

.

48F in today's BOX forecast. 39.3F attm

Thu looks really warm for the northern interior for Wed/Thu on the EC...80s up to MSS/BTV near the Canadian border with strong southerlies. Looks like extreme SNE will get the low levels modified though. Maybe it will be one of those GON 55F-ORE 75F-BTV 80F afternoons. It has the cold front coming through a little after 12z Friday...hopefully we can hold it off for another 6hrs to get some decent storms during the afternoon. That's obviously still out in la-la land though.

Man, I had those springs growing up in NL. The news would be talking about how warm it was and we--as kids--would act like it was warm and go out with short-sleeves and freeze ourselves. The coast has it's niceties, but I'll take the hills these days.

37.7/36. .69" on the day.

53 here...has been for the last couple hours. The cold is gone...... :(

39/39 here. Stayed warm out there all day dragging brush/limbs to the bonfire. Was so hot from the excercise that I dreaded getting close to the fire. Nice to come in to a hot shower and delicious dinner. Feeling sleepy now though.lol

Could potentially be a nice stretch this week without getting too warm. I just hope we don't get north of 80F. Next weekend could be nice too after the cold front comes through.

Up to 50F here with fog now...felt like a new airmass had come in, almost warm out there now.

I don't think it's going to be clear enough to hit 80F, especially up in Worcester. This is a very dirty warm sector with tons of clouds and showers, and most of the forecasts only have mid-upper 70s for my area, so you don't have to worry too much.

The only opportunity might be Tuesday afternoon when the clouds break up a bit; the 18z GFS shows 850s around 12C in the strong warm sector, but I doubt that's enough to hit 80F in ORH at this time of year with the constant threat of passing clouds and a shower. Winds are also due south ahead of the Plains low, so areas prone to downsloping won't be warming up as much as they would with SW/W winds, except for tomorrow...also, the marine influence is strong.

Geezus the tornado potential again for the MW is sick, you see this at STL
