Wind which was NW all day briefly switched to SW around 5 pm at which time the temp briefly spiked to 70 at 5:30. Shortly thereafter winds shifted to SE and now down to 56. Thats my whole point.Spring in NYC is not supposed to be warm and nice.Sure,you can have some nice days but there are a lot of crappy days as well.Its normal.Last year was a once in a generation type of spring.I dont even think about steady warm weather until Memorial Day and the past several years overall have seen some chilly JUNE periods.
