I can't tell what I'm looking at right now on Mike Brady's cam, I wasn't watching and now what could be the tornado is off screen I think.

Here is what it looks like right now on his cam, can't tell if this is the tornado he had in view five minutes ago

that cell to the west of the big one is getting it's act together. Nice notch forming. Needs a warning.

Good call.

Well....we saw the large Mapleton, IA tornado viewed from the southeast and didn't even know it was hitting a town at the time. Followed the storm for a bit after it got dark but our data sucked to high heaven and left the storm...wish now we didn't ofcourse.

Thankfully we got atleast 1 good tornado.

The two supercells between Storm Lake and Pocahontas look to be merging to an extent...kinda reminds me of my last chase on 5/23/08 near I-70 in KS...total wedgefest near warm front...storms merging...splitting...basically doing whatever they want while still producing big tors. Looks like Storm Lake narrowly missed the bullet that just whizzed by.

Done for the night or possible to catch up with the train again?
