Here's a color map from DVN showing the very sharp contrast in accumulations. Even in the QC itself amounts ranged from 2.5" in Moline, to nearly 5" at the NWS in north Davenport. This map doesn't show a few of the higher amounts though, like the 9.4" in Thomson, and the latest 9.5" in Atkinson.
