Yeah guidance really pushed that wave to the sw. The weekend as of now doesn't seem too bad, but it won't be 70 either. It actually looks worse the further sw you are.

yeah euro looked like more down in SW CT...NYC etc might be closer to the boundary and stuck in the muck of clouds etc. trend seems to be suppression with the boundary over the last few days leaving us dry and seasonable. euro had 850s climbing to like 0C by sunday afternoon and some sun, so we'd probably be OK under that set-up at face value.

of course it's only tuesday so whatever...maybe it ends up draped right over SNE and we're cloudy/cool.

Well I'll take sunny and upper 40s on the coast any day. Better than 39 and drizzle.

Lol. Are you locking it in?

Do you think we get a Calhoun retirement announcement within the week? Survey says................."yes". 68 years old, can go out in a blaze of glory . Wonder who will TRY and fill those shoes.

36.6./33

No way he retires. They'll be very good again next yr..h still has the fire..And he just asigned a 5 yr extension this year

I have been getting snow showers (not sticking) for about four hours here...... I didn't think this was in the forecast, but I just returned at 2 AM from DC and am out of the loop. 34F here now and not budging. Yesterday's high was 51 here. 81F when I left DC at 2 PM.....

GFS MOS has 63F on Sunday and 68F on Monday for BDL.

Lot of back and forth on the euro the next 10 days.. Looks ugly Fri/Sat..Sunday warmer...torch Monday, storms Monday night/Tuesday AM..then cooler..then colder day 10

wouldn't mind early next week verifying. ec ens looked pretty mild too.

starting to get to that time of year now where "cold" almost has to be a ne flow marine layer unless it's a shot of well below cold digging straight over us. something like -4C at 850 with sun and w/nw flow ends up decent in mid april.
