Will!! You promised no school lol.

Between 2 and 3" on the grass and nothing on the pavement still. Still hoping the mix line crashes se and we rip and start to stick to pavement, but not looking good.

The next 4 hours will determine your school fate...if it stays all snow, then I think you'll be fine. We should start finally seeing some pretty heavy echoes getting in here to do some damage.

The precip shield should start consolidating and looking more like a good typical noreaster precip shield in a few hours...this showery stuff should gradually go away. It should start really pounding in northeast mass between 08z and 10z.

29/26, delayed but not denied? layin' it down again. Radar is just exploding now across ENY to my west and SW. Looks good. I'm actually hoping the CP gets crushed so I don't hear any of the " just because it snowed in April in the high terrain of the Berkshires doesn'tmean that this Winter was a good one." nonsense.lol

Do you think the tailpipe line gets up to me before collapsing back SE? I'd really hate to waste a few hours of heavy qpf on sleet mix or R/S mix or whatever else that doesn't accumulate.

Looks like I'll probably survive, but it doesn't feel comfortable.

Very close call...but I think you're in line for an additional 3-6.

what elevation you at?

yes the road in back of my apt....is mostly snow covered and it is snowing quite heavily ATM. i've been under almost a constant barage of decent echos with perhaps a 10 minute break little while ago

350' on the east side. We've got coverage on cars and driveways but not the roads. Heading out to check Framingham and then Westborough.

Brookline:

Radar belies what's going on outside... nothing on pavements, a dirty coating on grass and cars.

Mangled flakes outside, Intellicast already puts the r/s line north of us.

MIT bldg: 32.9 / 32

We were close, but the window for a surprise snow accumulation is rapidly closing.
