Ginx snewx
OK... i told you I thought you could get 3-5.... but I doubt 3-5 for just about anyone in those areas Ryan West Greenwich in central RII already has two and it's still dumping, I am nearing 1 3/4 and just pounding snow, up the hill from me is well over

weatherMA
Hmmm go to bed now and wake up at 4 or stay up late and hope it rips soon?...tough choice. Also, if I stay up I'm risking still having school.... Starting to stick on sides of roads/driveway now. Still at 32.8, this is going to be some heavy, wet snow. ORH_wxman
Looks to really cream eastern Mass up through these parts. Excellent model, that RUC. Its a torch too. But its not done trending I don't think. Its probably just starting to get a clue that the stuff to the south isn't going to miss us.

A coating on the grass..hard to believe not too long ago it looked like western CT, the Berks and up to ORH was going to be ground zero for this storm. CT Rain
RUC is a torch aloft..lol. I truly think this evening's overperforming burst is going to lull a lot of people into a false sense of security about this one. I still think many areas have problems with warmth later on. weathafella
Just back from business dinner. Nice ride through the different climo zones W and SW of BOS. 1-2 inches with S+ around Westwood and Needham Hts. Around an inch and snowing hard in Newton and actually 1/2 inch 1/2 mile from my house up maybe 30 feet in elevation Rt 9/Cypress in Brookline. Snowing in MBY but not yet accumulating. Fascinating and elevation change makes big differences even in the lowlands.
